Mr. Wargins has 15 years of experience as an insurance producer and agency owner. Prior to founding E&S in 2005, Mr. Wargins was a producer at HUB International from 2002 until 2005. Mark has over 30 years of experience in commercial lines insurance. He attained the Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1990 and focuses on customizing insurance plans for businesses of all sizes. Mark also serves as the agency’s bonding specialist, demonstrating the level of knowledge and expertise required in this unique marketplace.

Bruce has been selling insurance for over 26 years, joining McCue Captains Agency after a few stops along the way. He continues to enjoy helping his clients and has been a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) since 2007.
