Rip-off management. They hide information and trick tenants to sign contract or extension without giving all the details hidden. Very slow Internet (less than 1Mbps) at peak times i.e. weekend...

Infested with roaches! Hallways are kept dirty, smelly, garage amongst other things lay around... the walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear kids running,throwing things, bouncing balls, etc.. music...
