Way less than great. I have only a little bit of hair so the whole thing only took about 10 mins, but one side is slightly lopsided. They are convenient, but I doubt I'll go back.

Today, my son (10) had a haircut. Working hastily and in a hurry, the stylist cut my son's neck in the back. This is unacceptable and shows poor work ethics.
