We're honored to embrace the legacy our grandparents, Rose and Hy Littman started in 1928. Our fathers, Herb and Len continued this tradition. They taught us to offer our customers the highest quality jewelry at the best value-with the most professional and courteous service. Gary Michaels Fine Jewelry traces its beginning to Brooklyn, New York where Gary's and Michael's grandparents, Rose and Hy Littman opened their first Littman's Jewelry store in 1928. Their mission was to always please the customer and create lasting relationships based on trust. This mission was embraced by our fathers, Herb and Len Littman, who went on to create the largest family owned and operated jewelry company in the United States. In 1996, New Jersey Monthly Magazine named Littman Jewelers "Family Business of the Year". Gary and Michael, sons of Herb and Len, grew up in the business where they fell in love with the beauty of jewelry and the enjoyment it brings people. After the sale of Littman Jewelers in late 1998, Gary and Michael still possessed an unabated passion for the product, the business and the customers, and so they set out to create a new concept in fine jewelry retailing on their own. The Gary Michaels' concept pairs the finest selection of designer brands with the largest assortment of diamonds in the market. Gary and Michael Littman hold dear their grandparents' mission since 1928- to offer unmatched service and to maintain the highest integrity. Gary Michael's will continue that tradition and look forward to helping make those special moments with their customers for a third generation.
