The problem with GAP are myriad and could fill multiple marketing lectures but if you have any longevity at all with the brand you can't help but be deeply disappointed by the current incarnation....

No one buys gap and even when you give it a shot the customer service makes it worse. Make a mistake fine but own up to it. Don't be rude about it. If I could give this location no stars I would.

What an AWFUL place for any customer relationship. Was offerred 75% less back than what my receipt stated. Beautiful newborn clothing, that was timeless. Manager pointed to some gibberish on...
