The staffing issues. Losing trainers and instructors all at one time. Schedules could not be honored. Refunds were not offered.

Not enough classes for the money, trainers resign often, charges people in the app for things they don't buy. Can't even remove your own credit card from the app. The trainers were wonderful that...
