IDT Corporation is a multinational telecommunications, entertainment and technology company. The company's primary telecommunications offerings are prepaid and rechargeable calling cards, wholesale carrier services, and consumer local, long-distance and wireless phone services. Its entertainment business consists of animated and live-action production operations and home entertainment distribution. The company conducts its business through five operating divisions that consist of IDT Telecom, IDT Entertainment, IDT Capital, IDT Spectrum and voice over Internet protocol. In January 2005, it formed IDT Spectrum, a division to operate and market wireless spectrum products and solutions. In April 2005, IDT Europe acquired the Expercom prepaid phone card business from Belgacom. IDT Corporation is headquartered in Newark, N.J.
