Dr. Flowers bases his practice in family medicine with consultation and treatment for a wide range of disorders. He also utilizes his master's degree in Chinese medicine, a fellowship in nutrition as well as Obstetrics & Gynecology. Including, a very well founded familiarity with Homeopathy and Ayurveda which have their own robust clinical base. In addition, Dr. Flowers employs adjunctive treatments, such as; Acupuncture, Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy, Herbology, Infrared Mammography and Nutrition Therapy. Dr. S.W. Flowers is the first doctor in the United States to obtain Board Certification in both acupuncture and Chinese Herbology (NCCAOM). Active in athletics, he won a silver medal at the 1993 World Championships of Track and Field in Miyazaki, Japan.
