Established in 1938, Second Alarmers Rescue Squad is an emergency medical services and rescue agency. It handles more than 10,000 emergency cases annually in Abington, Upper Dublin, Upper Moreland, Whitpain, Hatboro, Jenkintown and Rockledge in Pennsylvania.
