45 minute wait. Valentine day. Expected. Very slow service, again! Donut holes burned. Bacon not fully cooked in Monterey sandwich. Clean place. Very friendly servers and front door folks....

Service is terrible. I ordered online for 103 pickup. Got there- not ready. Was told when it is ready they will bring it out and put on shelf. Waited 10 minutes - kept being told the same thing....
