Ethan & the Bean is a non-profit coffee shop with locations in Little Falls and Morristown, New Jersey. Their mission is to increase the employment rate for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) by providing positive and empowering environments that offer workforce development skills related to hospitality. Through hands-on training programs and competitive integrated employment, they aim to build job readiness, social awareness, and self-esteem for individuals with IDD.
