At Etc Steakhouse, we only use the finest ingredients in all of our dishes. The menu changes seasonally to ensure that the produce used in each dish is in season and of top quality. We are the first kosher restaurant to be able to provide a Farm-to-Table dining experience! We select only the highest quality of meat, offering many choices of grass fed, horomone free, and all natural meat.Check back often, as our menu changes seasonally, and sometimes even within the season!

I do not know why people don't mention this in their reviews but the whole restaurant reeked of mold. I'm assuming it's the AC's but who knows. I couldn't sit there for more than 2 minutes before...
