Founded in 1887, Essex County Country Club is located in West Orange, N.J., and provides an 18-hole golf course and other recreational activities to members. The club s facilities include dining rooms, private member locker rooms and lounge areas. In addition, it provides tennis courts and swimming pools to its members. It has a restaurant that offers a variety of food items, including chicken, seafood and a selection of signature side dishes. Named by The Jersey Golfer Magazine as one of the top three golf courses in New Jersey, Essex County Country Club also organizes several golf competitions. It additionally offers various memberships packages with flexibility in terms of fees and timings.

The grounds are beautiful with sprawling grass and pine trees left and right when you drive up the entrance. The interior of the club reminds me of a dapper, formal, exclusive country club-ish...

Great course in stellar condition always / very challenging with tricky greens. The food was surprisingly good in the clubhouse and the layout of both the course and the clubhouse are thoughtful

Great grounds and buildings with plenty of room for private parties. Staff is accommodating and friendly. The property feels very secluded for being right in the middle of a busy Essex town.
