ENB Asset Recovery LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, launched on August 21, 2020. The owner has a strong background in real estate, business law, business ethics, and business administration; and is trained in tax foreclosure sale overages by a Pennsylvania attorney who is licensed to practice law since 1995.

ENB Asset Recovery LLC works to effectively research and recover tax foreclosure sale overages due to rightful owners of real estate property. We find solutions and negotiate payments for clients with various counties or agencies within the United States. In connection to the entity's role as asset recovery specialist, we also act as escrow agent, where we ensure that the closing process is quick and seamless. There is a commitment to rightful owner(s), including any and all interested parties, getting paid the monies that they're owed. After the deal transactions are finalized and closed, we record the date of payment to clients, clients receive copies of deal transaction documents, and we keep all originals on file. As escrow agent, our entity safely holds the claims in trusts for clients while deal transactions are finalized or disagreements with counties or agencies are resolved. We have a fiduciary responsibility to all parties of the escrow agreement.
