Daniel White, PA is a member of Summit Health's Orthopedics and Sports Medicine team. Mr. White treats orthopedic foot and ankle patients and provides education relevant to their conditions.Mr. White places importance on patient education and ensuring every individual feels involved in their treatment plan. He greatly enjoys spending time with his patients and helping them through the challenges of an orthopedic injury.Mr. White is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants.In his free time, Mr. White enjoys snowboarding, golfing, and traveling.

Before joining Summit Health, Diane Erianne, PhD, MSPA-C, practiced with an urgent care center in New Jersey. Ms. Erianne also has practiced with the Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC) Mountainside Hospital Emergency Department and Fast Track service in Montclair, New Jersey, and Saint Mary's Hospital Emergency Department, Urgent Care Center, Pediatric Emergency service, Ambulatory Care Centers, and Occupational Health and Diagnostic Center in Waterbury, Connecticut.Ms. Erianne is a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and a former member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. She teaches an online human biology course for Naugatuck Valley Community College in Connecticut.Ms. Erianne says, "From a very young age, I was interested in medicine / science I felt passionate about helping the sick. When partnering with physicians and other clinicians, I believe physician assistants can be integral to providing quality, cost-effective health care for patients."When she is not working with her patients, Ms. Erianne enjoys spending time with her family.

Kristen Eleftheriou, PA is a member of Summit Health's Urgent Care Center team. Prior to joining Summit Health, Ms. Eleftheriou worked as Physician Assistant in the Emergency Departments of Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, RWJBarnabas Rahway, and JFK Medical Center in Edison. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants.
