History

Elena has practiced yoga for over 13 years, and completed the 200 hours teacher training certification program in 2007. She is also certified as a Pilates Mat instructor, and Reiki II practitioner. Elena is currently a yoga and Pilates instructor at the Euphoria Spa in Short Hills Hilton, and at the Summit Area YMCA.
