Really had not had any interactions except trying to get an appt. and the woman who answers the phone is very snotty and rude. Even her recording on their answering machine is very rude.

I've taken many kittens from rescues for spays and neuters. Always a smooth process and affordable. Not a fancy vet office, so you're not paying through the nose.
