So I'm going to give this place mixed reviews for a variety of reasons. In reality its 2.5 out of 5 stars but I can only give 2 or 3 and since 3 is rated "A-OK" I will say its basically "ok"....

This is the poorest excuse for a "business" that I have come across in a long time. Their Specialist came out to restart our gas logs for $250. He got it working but positioned the logs in a box...

Did a decent job with install, but did not provide the proper key for shutoff of gas line. Have scheduled service, but twice they have called and cancelled due to issue with the mechanic's truck...
