Great set up with high tables, regular tables and a couch. I had to wait for someone so I was here 2 hours. It was quite dirty (floor, chairs, tables, etc) and the napkins were empty the whole 2...

Every time I go here it's because I'm nearby and last minute I want coffee. Every time I regret it because it tastes like garbage. Every other Dunkin has been pretty consistent except this one.
