I have been to this dunkin before, without any problems. Sometimes they have messed up my order but have fixed it, or gave me an extra donut for free. However, Today was the worst experience ever....

This is the second time today I asked for an iced Americano. And 2 u guys gave me the wrong coffee. Train your people better. This is a joke. Then your guy looked at me like I had 2 head's.
