THIS PLACE IS GROSS! There's one cashier for a very populated restaurant stop and that makes 0 sense. Then about 5 people came to stand back there w her but they all only work on drink orders?...

they have made given me burnt ice coffee half the time and the other times it's wrong. and they have burnt my cheddar bagel twist 2 times now when i specifically ask for it to be lightly toasted....

Employee at drive thru window was not wearing a mask. Food was ok but I felt this was not safe and against the law.

Used to be my favorite Dunkin'. They hired a new kid and he has messed up my order 2 for 2 times. Then went back to fix it and he messed up again. It's coffee ridiculous.
