there was extra protein on the glazed donuts (there was a fly on them), other than that, it was fine, my boys jerome and tyler said it was awesomesauce

ordered a dozen donuts in two separate boxes and the guy charged me $21 instead of $15 "for the box". told him I won't be returning and he said he didn't care. great customer service

Their employees need better training on their frozen drinks. Consistently they are NOT frozen but simply cold temp liquid. When asking them about it, they say it's how it is supposed to be.

Terrible customer service! The employee who assisted me spoke very poor English and was rude. She messed up on my frozen drink order and proceeded to go back and forth with me about the order...
