The staff is clueless, probably under so much pressure because of the constant drive through orders. Either hire more staff, train them adequately or shut down. This is the closest Dunkin' Donuts...

I would say the manager needs to train his staff, but it seems everybody needs to be properly trained here from taking orders to preparing them.
