Ordered a sandwich and iced coffee. Got a hot coffee. Fgot the wrong sandwich. Customer had my order who had sat down. Manager asked another patron if they had my order. They did. Already taken...

The man making my egg and cheese bagel was dripping sweat at 7am, as he was asking if I wanted my sandwich in a bag, as he placed the sandwich in the bag a considerable amount of sweat rolled off...
