I know for a fact that the food is made with care..they ALWAYS use gloves. My order has been correct each time I've gone. The employees work hard to get every order correct, but mistakes happen....

If only I can give them 0 stars I would. Ordered 8 items only 1/8 is correct (which is a xl hot coffee with just cream on it). Bought a bagel and its hard as a rock!? Iced coffee with no freaking...
