Tiresome DD . While friendly, the staff is slow, and worse, they skimp on ingredients. Most noticeable in their refreshers. Received a lemonade mango refresher that tasted weak and washed out....

Some of the staff is so unfriendly. Some are very sweet. The young man on Saturday mornings never says hello or thank you. He just looks at you with a blank stare. The shorter woman is ever worse....

Man was very rude. Walked away as I was ordering. When I tried to get his attention he said I am listening you don't say anything.

This is the Dunkin local to my parents' house. It's in a little strip mall with a Krauser's, a dry cleaner's, etc. They are usually nice and usually efficient.
