Dr. Gigante’s treatment philosophy is based on a conservative treatment approach to herniated cervical and lumbar discs, spinal degeneration, spinal tumors, fractures, and spinal fusions, utilizing advanced and minimally invasive surgical techniques where applicable. For patients with refractory chronic arm, leg, and back pain, Dr. Gigante performs spinal cord stimulation when all other conservative treatments have failed.

The Matthew J. Morahan III Health Assessment Center for Athletes (Morahan Center) at RWJBarnabas Health provides education, assessment and evaluation of sports injury and sports-related cardiac and concussion screening. Offering one of the most comprehensive pre-season screening and concussion management centers in New Jersey, partners with over 30 primary, secondary and NCAA partnerships across the state of New Jersey and has provided nearly 40,000 screenings to youth sports athletes since 2010.
