I've been in the helping professions for over 20 years and have helped hundreds of individuals create positive change in their lives, find a greater sense of peace and achieve goals that they have set for themselves. For the past nine years, I have been providing psychotherapy services. I have a wide range of experience working with individuals with almost every type of mental health need and I feel confident in my abilities to assist clients to achieve the outcomes they desire from their work in therapy. I provide teletherapy services so that you may receive treatment in the comfort of your home, on your schedule.
