Dolce & Salato is a neighborhood Italian Cafe and Pasticceria which opened in the Summer of 2018. Our goal is to bring a slice of authentic Italian taste to Hoboken, New Jersey. The owners Maurizio Dolce, Michael Nirchio, and Brian Mazzei have always remained close to their Italian heritage and are now sharing this with the residents of Sinatra's hometown.

Stopped by Dolce & Salato to check out their renovations and it was updated so nicely! Very modern and bright. The service was welcoming and friendly which is always a plus! I remember coming here...

Wonderful breakfast spot! To star off the place is beautiful, nice indoor/outdoor seating. The staff is nice and they make good suggestions. We tried espresso & capuchino with pistachio...

As soon as we walked in the staff was so friendly. They were especially welcoming to our dogs and brought them out pup cups! It's nice to bring our dogs in while we are on a walk and feel welcome....

Food lacked seasoning, but the buon santo sandwich was decent. The Chicken Caesar wrap had barely any dressing and was quite dry. Didn't taste like much honestly - wouldn't order again.
