The Pediatric Neurology division offers diagnostic and treatment services for neurological disorders in children. The division handles cases related to epilepsy, headaches, and movement, behavioral, neonatal and metabolic disorders. It manages an autism center that provides treatment for patients with pervasive developmental disorders. The Pediatric Neurology division also offers medication, vagal nerve stimulation and epilepsy surgery solutions. The division is managed by the Department of Neurosciences, which treats patients with diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves and muscles. The department provides evaluation and treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome and muscular dystrophy. It is a part of The University Hospital.
