Established in 1877, Wotiz is a leading provider of meat products across the United States. The firm is a USDA approved aging establishment, based in Passaic, N.J. It has been in operation for more than 100 years, supplying a variety of products including beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry and dairy products. Wotiz is a member of the North American Meat Processors Association and its meat conditioning establishment is approved by the United States Department of Agriculture. The company also produces and sells its WOPAC brand of prime, aged and city-dressed beef.
