I asked for $20, and repeated it to the attendant who was wearing an ear bud and talking on the phone. He apparently didn't hear me and filled my tank, then expected me to pay for it even though...

Attendant made me wait until he finished speaking w friend, several minutes after tank was full. When i honked to pay, he told me to wait! Then he turned my gas cap abt 7 times. Too many cheap gas...
