Today they had the audacity to quote a cabin filter replacement for $80. It takes 5 minutes to change, no tools, anyone can do it. Cost of a filter about $8. Stay away. Ripoff city.

I have purchased a car from DCH. Never again with that experience. Don't list that you have a charger for an electric car and then park cars in front of it so that you can't use it.
