My office is conveniently located on First Avenue in Atlantic Highlands and its handicapped accessible. Sessions can be in person or virtual, and I have daytime as well as some evening hours. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, and while we do serious work in here, we manage to have a laugh or two along the way.I accept most major medical insurance plans and out-of-network coverage. I also offer a sliding fee schedule based on need.My philosophy is that therapy is a person-centered approach that is informed by science.
