Service levels are very substandard. Facility does not return multiple phone calls or emails for repair inquiries. Strongly recommend finding an alternative.

I would not recommend buying a Daniel Mink watch. If you need parts they are very hard to get. I have been waiting to get my watch fixed for over 10 months they keep telling me call back in three...
