Understaffed. Self checkout which is fine unless you buy an age restricted item (medicine) and there's no way to contact the 1 salesperson on the floor. Blinking light? Seriously? Waited 5 minutes...

The place is dirty , understaff , pharmacy is so inefficient. I receive text that the meds are ready, when I go to pick it up, there is nothing available- met with a blank face. Worst CVS ever.

I always have a pleasant experience when I pick up my medication. It's an extremely busy pharmacy anytime I go there, but I am always greeted with a smile and taken care of in a respectful manner.
