The people you deal with here are super rude and condescending, both live & on the phone. They may know what they're doing, but their delivery is pretty terrible--regardless of who you deal with.

Hire another pharmacist and remedy window phone/speaker deficiencies. People using phone at window cannot hear clearly .. or train them to write down name and birth date before keyboarding info....
