They are fine with shirts and dry cleaning until they replace a tailor-made shirt with someone else's shirt. When I went back to complain, they will NOT give you any credit for the lost item....

This place is AWFUL! I just brought in a shirt and a cardigan for them to dry clean for the first time (thinking it wouldn't hurt to try a new place since it's basic dry cleaning). Wrong! My shirt...
