I'm seldom disappointed by Yankee Candle. Quality customer service should be consistent and this chain store never (ever) disappoints me. The attentive and friendly customer service is nonstop....

Website, Apple Maps, google maps, say they open at 10am. Went at 10:34am to get a memory candle for a recently deceased pet and they weren't open. No hours posted on door.
