KCE was formed March 23, 1999, to provide better customer service and communication in the engineering design industry. Design work is completed while keeping the satisfaction of client needs the first priority. KCE prepares commercial and residential site plans for both corporate and individual clients. Projects range from office additions to residential subdivisions. KCE regularly prepares and coordinates stormwater management reports, site investigation studies, site lighting analyses, environmental assessment and impact reports, geotechnical reports, construction estimates, and traffic impact studies. Since 1993, Mr. Kennedy has prepared numerous stormwater management reports for commercial and residential site plans, as well as performed hydraulic and hydrologic analysis of existing residential and commercial stormwater management systems. KCE is experienced in the preparation of downstream impact studies and watershed analyses using cutting edge computer aided numerical methodologies. KCE has prepared permit applications to both state and local governments. In addition, since 1993, Mr. Kennedy has prepared permitting materials and studies for NJ Department of Transportation ( Major and Minor Permits ), Waterfront Development, and Dam Safety, Pinelands Commission, and Soil Conservation Districts throughout New Jersey. Mr. Kennedy has provided expert testimony at public hearings for offsite impact analysis, pedestrian and vehicular safety, and general matters relating to civil engineering. KCE provides litigation support materials such as engineering studies, graphics, and digital photography.
