HistoryMahala Lactation and Perinatal Services, LLC, is owned by Elizabeth (Beth) Myler, BS, BSN, RN, IBCLC. She is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a New Jersey licensed Registered Nurse (RN), with a bachelor of science degree in reproductive psychology from Tulane University and a bachelor of science degree in nursing from The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, where she was the William Randolph Hearst Foundation Scholar and a United States Peace Corps Fellow. In May 2010, the lactation consultation practice was begun in Hackettstown, New Jersey, as a limited liability corporation (LLC).
