I have been to this place many times to give blood. They are always friendly, and there is rarely a wait to give blood. I am so grateful that they are so convenient, since I live in Lincoln Park.

They open later than they claim. My appointment was scheduled for noon and they didn't even open their door until 12:20pm. My donation took about twice as long as they said it would. I got to...
