March 2020 this was a MOVEMENT created on a virtual platform during the COVID-19 pandemic with the mission to keep every body MOVING! End of 2020 and into 2021 began training clients one-on-one virtually and in-person as gyms were opening up. In 2022, based on the successes and lessons from the two years prior, the GAME PLAN Training Method was officially created to encompass the areas of Fitness, Nutrition, and Wellness. Our current roster receives 1:1 strength training in-person at home, a private studio, or local gyms. They have access to a video library of cardio/conditioning workouts, and they receive further guidance and accountability for their nutrition, recovery, and wellness activities. The goal of the GAME PLAN Training Method is to continue adding more value to the program and eventually expand the method to a wider audience via online and mobile platforms.
