Clara Maass Cancer Center

Founded in 1868, Clara Maass Medical Center (CMMC), is a fully accredited acute care facility offering world‐class medical treatment close to home for the residents of Essex, Bergen, Hudson, and Passaic counties. The center includes a comprehensive cancer center, a dedicated breast health and disease management center and a radiation oncology department. It is one of the area’s most trusted providers of maternal and children’s services, offering superior obstetric care, private post‐delivery rooms for mothers, and a Level II Special Care Nursery. CMMC is also the provider of high quality behavioral health services through its Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services (PESS) program, administered on behalf of the State of New Jersey.
