Let me tell you exactly what happened, because it was nasty as hell. I watched the cook taste the rice with his glove on -- twice. And when he pulled his hand back, that damn rice fell right back...

they roll the burritos into chodes and when you ask them to fix it they just add an extra tortilla instead of fixing it and not making it into just a ball

Filthy. To sum it up. The food prep area was a mess. I blame management. Plenty of staff standing around doing nothing. The place was not busy. There is no excuse. Do better.
