A partial foil, cut and blowdry cost $640 That seems excessive. It used to be in the $300s. Victor does a nice job, however, but unfortunatley we will need to find someplace more affordable.

Victor does a great job with cut and color very precise. Staff is very friendly. I only go here, never disappointed!
