Very pleased with the excellent service I was given by John. He was quick and informative at resolving my issue I had. I would highly recommend asking for him with any of your questions or concerns.

Client services are non-existent. Completely disconnected from clientele. Tellers and management are abrasive. Would not recommend.

Used the drive thru atm machine. Machine said take your card and as I'm putting it away the machine spits the money out and sucks it's right back. So I go inside And wait on line to seek...

This bank and its service is so horrible. I am glad I no longer a chase account holder now. Thank you chase for keeping your record 100% in disappointing me.
