Brought in a pair of boots and heels and got them back looking shiny and new! He offered good advice about what should be done and was able to replace the soles on my boots and fix the zipper on...

Charlie's is great. Fix both my my heels and polish then within 24 hours. So glad I don't have to throw my shoes away.

Brought in my favorite boots for a repair. Charlie repaired them on the spot- no waiting! Got them back repaired and looking shiny and almost new again. Very reasonable prices and pleasant...
