Lessons also incorporate key teachings from: Korean disciplines, Jeet Kune Do concepts, Krav Maga self protection, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, and mixed martial arts.Known in many places by its more common name Taekwondo, Tang Soo Do does not promote violence, but rather instills confidence in the trainees ability to handle any situation.
