Cathryn Moore

I draw from diverse theoretical orientations in my clinical work and I am experienced working with a broad range of presenting problems, including counseling and substance abuse assessments for individuals and their families, counseling for LGBTQ individuals and their families, counseling for adults and children affected by domestic violence and/or trauma, single- parent and divorced families, as well as children, teens, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and self-harm. I use various mindfulness and body-awareness techniques to increase life satisfaction measures and decrease any symptoms of anxiety and depression.

A licensed clinical social worker with more than two decades of experience in private practice, I am passionate about what I do.
